ALL PRIVATE DOUBLE or TWIN ROOMS have air conditioner, cable tv, safe for valuables and strong wi-fi. Kuta and Canggu have fridge.

HOT WATER SUPPLY - all private and shared bathrooms have 24-hour hot water supply daily by electric power.

ALL ROOM RATES include government tax (10%), staff service charge (10%), good American or Asian breakfast, coffee, tea, drinking water and drop-off at nearby places within Seminyak eg the gay bars (subject to transport availability).

FOR 10 NIGHTS & ABOVE - 20% discount on meals, beverages, sightseeing tours, massages, body scrubs, facial, foot reflexology and massage lessons.

5 NIGHTS' STAY & ABOVE - Free airport transfers (2-way).

AIRPORT TRANSFER FOR LESS THAN 5 NIGHTS' STAY - Chargeable at 100,000rp (about US$11) for one-way. There is a surcharge of 50,000rp between midnight to 6am.

EXTRA PERSON(S) is (are) chargeable at US$15 nett per night and without extra bed being offered.

ADDITIONAL BREAKFAST(S) - 3rd and subsequent breakfasts are chargeable at US$5.50 nett per person.

CASH DEPOSIT - 100,000rp (about US$11) deposit is required for items belonging to the villa eg keys, umbrella and adaptor upon check-in. Deposit is refundable during check-out.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIME - There is no restriction. But early check-in (before 2pm) and late check-out (after 12nn) are subject to room or bed availability.

AGE LIMIT - The above rates are eligible for persons below the age of 35. Guests are required to present identity card or passport to prove his age during check-in. There is a surcharge of US$3 per night for persons above 35 years of age.

TOWELS & TOILETRIES - Dorm room guests are required to bring own towels, soap and shampoo.

SHOWER ROOM & TOILETS are modern, clean and neat. There is ample hot water supply 24-hour by electric power and no long queue.

FREE DROP-OFF - Private room guests are provided drop-off to nearby places within Seminyak eg the gay bars. Dormitory room guests can board the ride free of charge.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

(i) Payment by credit card online or bank transfer is required to secure booking prior to arrival.

(ii) Cancellation or amendment received less than 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival date during low season, 21 (twenty-one) days during high season or 30 (thirty) days during peak season, will be charged 100% of total reservation value.

(iii) No show, early check-out or any reduction in period of stay will be charged 100% of the total reservation value.

(iv) We accept only cash (US$, Euro Dollars, Aussie $, Malaysian Ringgit, Singapore $ and Indonesian Rupiah) at Villa Layang Bulan.
